The drought has definitely broken here in Melbourne, just as we're waiting to have our slab poured. We have been boxed up, but it has been so wet, the concreter hasn't been able to finish the job. Just more time we have to be patient, because there is nothing we can do.

I drove past your block last Sunday when we went down for a look. I recognised it from the fence!! Bet you are glad to see something happening. We are also building with Premier, how are you finding them so far.
